NDMA’s Executive Director Hon. Atty. Ansu V. S. Dulleh Sr. Cleared of Financial Impropriety and Procurement Fraud Allegations
(Monrovia, Liberia; February 18, 2026): The Management of the National Disaster Management Agency (NDMA) wishes to inform the public, its partners, and stakeholders that the Agency has been officially cleared of all allegations relating to financial improprieties and procurement fraud.
Following concerns raised regarding certain financial and procurement processes, the matter was referred to the appropriate statutory authorities – the Liberia Anti Corruption Commission (LACC), for an independent and thorough investigation. The review process examined procurement records, financial transactions, internal controls, and compliance with relevant public financial management laws and regulations.
At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined that Hon. Atty. Ansu V. S. Dulleh Sr., Executive Director of the NDMA, acted within the framework of established financial and procurement guidelines. The findings confirm that there was no evidence of fraud, misappropriation of funds, or deliberate wrongdoing by the Agency or its officials.
The NDMA remains fully committed to transparency, accountability, and integrity in the execution of its mandate. As a public institution entrusted with coordinating disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts across Liberia, we understand the importance of maintaining public trust and confidence.
While we welcome scrutiny as part of good governance, we also encourage responsible public discourse that allows due process to take its course before conclusions are drawn.
